Meat Stew

Kenyan Food! A guaranteed way of eating less far, healthy food, enjoying the art of cooking, gives you something different to do and reduces stress as well.

 

Ingredients:
two pounds of meat
(pork, chicken or beef)
l medium onion
peas and carrots
vegetable oil
spices
salt5 pounds of potatoes
l pound of green peas
1/2 pound of corn
l onion
vegetable oil
spices


Procedure:

Fry onion in oil until golden color in pot.
Add meat.
Let it cook without adding water for 10 minutes.
Add corn and peas to meat. Stir.
Add salt and your kind of spices to your taste. Add some water and let boil for 10 minutes.
