PATLICAN SALATASI  
(Eggplant Salad)

Ingredients:

5  (eggplants)
1/2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup yogurt
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tomatoes
2 green peppers
10 - 15 black olives.

Directions:

Slit the eggplants and grill on charcoal. Peel them. Pour lemon juice and olive oil over them and mash with a fork. Add yoghurt, salt, black pepper and mix well in a blender. Garnish with olives, sliced tomatoes and chopped, green peppers. Serve cool.
