Ingredients:
5 (eggplants) Directions:
Slit the eggplants and grill on
charcoal. Peel them. Pour lemon juice and olive oil over them and
mash with a fork. Add yoghurt, salt, black pepper and mix well in a
blender. Garnish with olives, sliced tomatoes and
chopped, green peppers. Serve
cool. |
