eggs slightly beaten Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with wax paper. Pour pumpkin mixture in pan and spread out into a thin layer. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until it is a golden brown on top). Immediately after removing from oven, roll cake into a log, let cool completely. The Filling Part: 2
Tbs. Soft Margarine or Butter Cream Together. One roll has cooled, unroll and remove wax paper, spread on filling, re-roll and chill. This can be frozen. Enjoy! |
