For 6 people Ingredients:
2 cups water Directions: Boil rice, water and broth together. Mix flour, yogurt and egg yolks in a bowl. Strain into another bowl. Add this liquid slowly into the boiled rice and cook for 10 minutes. Add minced mint into heated oil. Pour this mixture into the soup. Serve after adding desired amount of salt. |
